Stacy Nicholas

Stacy Nicholas is the VP of Customer Success for OperationsInc and has 25+ years of diverse payroll and workplace management experience. As the VP of Customer Success, she manages current accounts to make sure clients are happy and have all the services they need. She also speaks with prospective clients about OI services. After joining OI in 2007, Stacy served as Payroll Specialist, Manager of Payroll Services, Director of Payroll Services, Vice President of Payroll Services, and Vice President of Business Development. She was the first payroll employee and built the Payroll team to what it is today.

Prior to joining OI, Stacy was a supervisor for a major payroll company where she focused on new client implementations and multi-jurisdictional payrolls.

She earned a B.S. in Business Economics, with a minor in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
