Phillip Townsend

Phillip Townsend is the Head of Sales and Partnerships at Operative Intelligence and has held this position since 2024. They previously served as Co Director of M5 Cycling, where they focused on mentoring and guiding athletes through their careers. Earlier in their career, Phillip worked at Avaya as a Territory Account Manager, at Virgin Australia as a Technical Architect, and at NSC Group as a Service Delivery Engineer. They also held roles at Genesys, including Strategic Director of Innovation for the APAC region.
