Joyce Sosna

Joyce Sosna is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in business development and sales enablement across various industries. Currently serving as the Sales Enablement Team Lead at Operatix since November 2021 and as the Sales Development Manager for APAC at Seagate Technology since July 2022, Joyce has demonstrated leadership in driving business growth. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, and Sales Executive at Vita Student, where responsibilities encompassed lead conversion, client engagement, CRM management, and training of junior team members. Joyce's career also includes establishing a foreign sales department at W-Star Tech and experience as an International Sales Executive at Jy Chyun Enterprise Co. Ltd, as well as teaching English at the Global Village Organisation. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Tamkang University.
