Lisa Cummings

Lisa Cummings serves as the VP of Finance at Dropbox, where leadership of a 35-member team encompasses Revenue Finance, GTM, Corporate Finance, and FP&A, while also contributing to financial strategy and managing communications with the Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Cummings holds advisory roles at The CFO Leadership Council and Emissary, the latter being a network of senior executives providing insights to enterprise teams. Cummings is also an Executive Board Member and Treasurer at the Randall Museum. Previous experience includes a Senior Director position at Twitter focused on corporate finance and FP&A, as well as various leadership roles at Gap Inc. and HP. Cummings possesses advanced leadership and strategic management training from Stanford University and UCLA Anderson School of Management, alongside a BS in Accounting and Corporate Finance from San Francisco State University.
