Niv Yaar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and finance. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Panax since 2022, Niv previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Economics at Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd. from September 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included M&A, partnerships, and supply chain management for jet engine components. Prior to that, Niv worked as Vice President at Fimi Opportunity Funds, the largest private equity fund in Israel, from August 2016 to September 2018, and gained experience in corporate finance as a Senior within the Transaction Advisory Services team at EY from September 2013 to August 2016. Niv holds an LLB in Accounting and Law from Tel Aviv University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
