Nora Abdoun

Nora Abdoun, PhD, currently serves as VP of People & Culture at Visier Inc. and is an active member of the Operators Guild and an Executive Member at TWIN Global. Previously, Nora held various significant roles including Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Children's Health Council, Advisory Board Member at YOL, and VP of People & Culture at Thorn. Nora has a robust background in talent management, having served as Global Head of Talent Management at Asana and provided executive consulting through New Modus, LLC. Nora also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University, instructing on Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology along with a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
