Patrick Lucas serves as the VP of Finance at Seated since October 2022, leading strategic planning, budgeting, and management reporting. Lucas is also a member of the Operators Guild. Prior to Seated, Lucas held the position of Director of Finance at a Stealth Startup, managing operational and corporate finance functions and leading financial reviews for the executive team. Experience includes working as Senior Finance Manager for Strategic FP&A at StubHub, where important cash flow forecasts and strategic insights were communicated to executives, and as Finance Manager for Strategic FP&A at Eventbrite, contributing to a successful $230M IPO. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
