Sid Radhakrishna

Sid Radhakrishna is an experienced leader in the climate tech and energy sectors, currently serving as the Founding Lead of OG Horizon at Operators Guild, which supports operators addressing challenges in climate tech, hard tech, and deep tech. As President and Board Member of the Wharton Energy Network, Sid revitalized the alumni association and initiated numerous virtual programs, securing $20,000 in corporate sponsorships. Sid previously held senior roles in finance and business operations at Form Energy, contributing to the company’s growth from a 60-person startup to a 700+ person enterprise, and was instrumental in founding the Climate Leaders @Penn organization. Earlier professional experiences include positions at Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Illumen Capital, Calvert Special Equities, and PwC, covering a range of responsibilities from market research to corporate responsibility initiatives. Sid holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
