Previously, they held key roles at companies like SPX Corporation, where they served as Vice President of Global Operations, and Black & Decker, where they directed operations for Emhart Powers. Bowling's experience spans various sectors, including thermal solutions and industrial equipment, with a track record of implementing lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives. They are currently pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
