Travis Holt

Travis Holt is a Senior Partner and SVP of Private Equity at The Baldwin Group, where they co-lead the Private Equity Center of Excellence, providing due diligence and portfolio company solutions to private equity firms. Since 2023, they have also served as a Board Member at Operio Group. Previously, Travis co-founded Brush Creek Partners, delivering consulting and risk management services from 2011 to 2022. They founded Recruits Live, an online platform connecting high school athletes with college coaches, and worked as a Producer at Haas & Wilkerson Insurance. In 2021, Travis briefly held the position of Managing Partner at bcp tech, a Baldwin Risk Partner.
