Lauren Kelley is the founder of OPEXEngine by Bain & Company, with a career spanning over three decades in leadership roles across various technology companies. Since December 2005, Lauren has led OPEXEngine in providing operating benchmarks for the high tech industry. Previous positions include President of NETSEA, CEO of Synopia, and Executive in Residence at Grand Banks Capital. Lauren also served as Senior VP of Worldwide Sales and Strategic Development at Art Technology Group, contributing to significant company growth. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Borland Software and Compaq Computer Corp., as well as an impactful fellowship with the Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
