Benjamin Tingo

Ben Tingo serves as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel. Prior to joining AINS in 2016, he worked for ten years in public and private practice as a civil and criminal defense attorney, representing both individual and corporate clients across a wide array of practice areas.

Ben has substantial experience counseling clients and negotiating on their behalf. At AINS, he works to ensure the company is not just an adopter but a driver of change in the marketplace, negotiating how the company facilitates technological change.

Ben received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the New York State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar and is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with family and reading about cutting-edge science and technology.
