John Pipkin

John Pipkin is currently a Technical Architect and Team Lead at OpFocus. John has over seven years of experience in Salesforce and operations management. Prior to joining OpFocus, John was the Salesforce Operations Manager at Next Step Living from June 2012 to February 2016. John was responsible for managing the Salesforce environment, including data migration, integrations, deployments, and user training. John also worked as a Service Sales Representative at Cintas from July 2011 to June 2012, where they delivered clean uniform and facility product rentals and provided customer support on delivery route. John began their career as a Drum Tech/Sales at Leitz Music from February 2009 to June 2011, where they provided general retail sales and service, drum technician-repairs, guitar technician-repairs, and Bronze level certified Fender Guitar Technician. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Commerce & Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.

John Pipkin reports to MJ Kahn, SVP of Technology. They are on a team with and Tomas Rudolf - ESW Data Migration.
