Chris Rowe

Chris Rowe has a strong background in data analysis and program coordination. They most recently served as the Director of Research and Population Health at Ophelia starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at PicnicHealth from January 2021 to August 2022. Chris also has experience as a Data Analyst at the San Francisco Department of Public Health from June 2014 to December 2020. They held the role of Community Resource Coordinator at the Greater Chicago Food Depository from September 2011 to July 2013. Chris began their career as a Program Assistant/Adult Educator at Asian Human Services, Inc. in August 2010. They also worked as a Consultant at Accenture from July 2008 to August 2010.

Chris Rowe has an extensive education history. Chris began their academic journey at UCLA, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from 2003 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, they joined the University of California, Berkeley. From 2013 to 2015, they earned a Master's Degree in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Following this, Chris continued their education at Berkeley and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Epidemiology from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, in 2019 to 2020, they simultaneously attained a Master's degree in Biostatistics from the same institution.
