Matt Jackson

Matt Jackson is an engineering leader with over a decade of experience in building and scaling high-growth teams, optimizing processes, and driving improvements in regulated startups and scale-ups. They have served as Engineering Manager at ComplyAdvantage and are currently leading engineering at Ophelos, part of Intrum. In their previous roles, Matt has held positions such as Software Developer and Backend Engineer at various companies, including Global Radio and Lyst, and has made significant contributions at Tarabut as a Senior Engineering Manager. Matt holds a BSc in Mathematical Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University, where they graduated with first-class honors.
