Hampton MacHaria

Hampton Macharia is an experienced EV research engineer in electronics at Roam since August 2019, previously serving as a testbench engineering intern. While studying at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Hampton held leadership roles in the JKUAT Society of Engineering Students, including Chairperson and Vice Chair, responsible for enhancing student engagement and overseeing various committees. Hampton's internship experience also includes hardware and automation development at PerTech Solutions, enterprise technology support at Safaricom PLC, and drilling equipment maintenance at Geothermal Development Company. Hampton holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, earned in 2020.
