Benoit Sublet is currently the Product and Purchasing Director at Opinel, where they also serve as a member of the Executive Committee, overseeing R&D, Purchasing, Quality, and Sustainability. Previously, from 2021 to 2025, they held the position of R&D and Sustainability Director at Opinel, focusing on product innovation and corporate social responsibility. Benoit co-founded Mont Blanc Mobility MBM in 2008, developing adaptive sports equipment for individuals with reduced mobility. Additionally, they served as an R&D Project Manager at Salomon from 2014 to 2018, where they led the development of several innovative ski bindings. Benoit holds an engineering degree from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry and a DUT in mechanical engineering from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
