Opmax Support Services is a Functional Service Provider (FSP) specializing in managed workforce
solutions for car rental operations, fleet logistics, yard management, and commercial facilities.

With 15+ years of experience and 1,570+ W2 employees across 7 U.S. markets — Orlando, Tampa,
Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Memphis, and St. Louis — we don't just send workers. We run your operation.

🔹 100% W2 Employment Model
Every Opmax employee is a direct W2 hire. Zero 1099 exposure. Zero misclassification risk.
Your operation stays compliant with DOL 2024 standards while we absorb the legal and tax liability.

🔹 ACDBE Minority Certified
One of the few airport concession contractors nationally certified as an ACDBE — a legal mandate
for CONRAC airport contracts. We meet the standard most competitors can't.

🔹 Proprietary Technology
Our supervisors operate with real-time dashboards, tablet-based quality control, and clock-in
stations with picture authentication. Clients get full operational visibility — not just headcount.

🔹 Active On-Site Management
Opmax deploys its own supervisors inside your operation. No micromanagement required from your team.

🔹 Fully Insured
$2M General Liability (Lloyd's London) | $5M Umbrella (Admiral) | $1M Workers' Compensation

Trusted by Enterprise Holdings across 5 states.
