Prior to this role, Will held the position of Technology Director at Concep from July 2012 to January 2018. Between December 2008 and July 2012, Will worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Morningstar. Earlier in career, Will developed foundational skills as a Software Developer at EnlightKS from 2002 to 2008 and at Event Management Systems from 1998 to 2002.
