With a background in international development, James has held various leadership roles at organizations such as Opolis Optics, The Salt Water Classroom, and Humps Optics. James has experience in project management, business development, and finance, with a strong focus on gender equality, environmental sustainability, and economic growth. James has also worked in public relations, education, and sports coaching. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Religious Studies.
