Eddie P.

Eddie P. has held various roles in the finance and strategy fields since 2004. Eddie began their career as an Outreach Director for Vineyard of the Rockies in 2004. In 2006, they worked as a Consultant for Loveland Commercial LLC. From 2007 to 2011, Eddie P. was an Acquisitions Associate for J Herzog & Sons, where they sourced and evaluated potential acquisitions, modeled cash flow and ownership structure for potential and existing retail properties, and built and managed models to track operations and profitability for 11 Noodles and Company restaurants. From 2011 to 2014, they were the VP Finance & Strategy for Inspirato, where they were involved in a 70MM Capital Raise and merger with a key competitor, developed and lead the strategy and budget planning process to support the execution of a $100MM+ plan, and created and maintained numerous performance reporting needs and Key Performance Indicators. Since 2017, they have been the Co-Founder and Chief Finance Steward for Opolis: The Employment Commons, where they are building the future of employment with Decentralized Employment Organizations (DEOs).

Eddie P. attended Colorado State University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Real Estate.
