Chao Yang is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in web and mobile development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at OppFi since November 2017, Chao Yang is responsible for developing and maintaining the customer portal for Opploans.com and automating NACHA disbursal/payment processes. Prior experience includes a role as a UI Engineer at OppLoans through Peterson Technology Partners and as a Mobile Developer at Peterson Technology Partners. Previously, Chao Yang worked as a Mobile Web Developer for Sears Holdings Corporation, focusing on mobile websites for Android and iOS devices. Chao Yang holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Roosevelt University, earned between 2011 and 2012.
