Ryan Rumsey

Ryan Rumsey has a wealth of experience in data enablement and automation. Ryan started their career in 2009 as a Web Application Developer & BizTalk Server Administrator at Dow Corning. In 2014, they moved to a Senior SAP Business Intelligence Analyst role at the same company. In 2016, they joined General Motors as a Senior Analyst - Enterprise Data Governance, where they utilized Collibra and IBM technologies to integrate systems, people, and processes. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Data Enablement & Automation at Opplane, where they guide companies to understand and implement innovation in their Data Governance, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence concentrations.

Ryan Rumsey obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems, General from Northwood University between 2006 and 2010. Ryan then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Management Information Systems, General from Wayne State University, which they completed in 2021. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Collibra Ranger Certification from Collibra in June 2022 and Collibra Solution Architect from Collibra in September 2021.
