Fei Lu

Fei Lu is a Senior Standards Engineer at OPPO, where they serve as a delegate for 3GPP SA2. Previously, Fei worked as a Senior Standards System Engineer at ZTE from 2014 to 2020 and held the role of Standard Engineer, actively participating in various 3GPP Core Network working groups. Fei's early career included a position as a Research Assistant at the City University of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2007, focusing on wireless communications. They earned a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lanzhou University.
