Jin Wang

Jin Wang has a robust career in human resources with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering. Since October 2018, Jin has held multiple HRBP roles at OPPO, including positions focused on the OPPO Mall and the China Region MKT. Previous experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Overseas HRBP for the WEU region at OPPO. Prior to this, Jin worked as a Recruiting and Training Manager and HR Specialist at ZTE Device, focusing on recruitment and training functions. Jin began a career in HR as an intern at Tuniu.com, where responsibilities included facilitating recruitment processes and collaborating with line managers. Jin holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management & Comparative Industrial Relations from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management with a focus on Social Security from Nanjing University, along with experience as an exchange student at I-SHOU University.
