Joshua Pan is an experienced algorithm and software engineer with a focus on AI and computer vision technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Algorithm Engineer at OPPO since August 2018, Joshua develops AI utilities for mobile devices, enhancing features such as image quality and power-saving strategies. Prior to this role, Joshua led a software team at International Game System to create an arcade game with a photo booth feature and worked as an Algorithm Engineer at New Era AI Robotic Inc., where emphasis was placed on developing computer vision algorithms. Earlier experience includes a research assistant position at Academia Sinica, Taiwan, where molecular dynamics simulations and molecular visualization programs were his primary contributions. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Physics from National Taiwan University.
