KUO LI

Kuo Li has extensive experience in human resources management, with a career spanning multiple organizations and roles. From August 2015 to December 2020, Kuo Li served as HR Manager at Zhongman Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Corp. Ltd, where recruitment and selection processes were effectively managed. Following this, Kuo Li held the position of Organizational Development Manager at Baoneng Group from December 2020 to July 2021, advising on organizational design during the company's establishment. Currently, Kuo Li is the GCC HR Manager at OPPO, overseeing HR management across five countries and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. In a recent role as HR Manager at Aeronex since August 2024, Kuo Li has been instrumental in building the regional team and directing HR operations. Kuo Li holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds, an MBA from Beijing Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Material Forming and Control Engineering from Southwest Petroleum University.
