Lin Zijing is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience in the ICT field. Currently serving as the Director of HR Strategy & Service Platform at OPPO since 2019, Lin specializes in HR strategy design, regional HR platform management, and HR service center optimization. Previously, Lin held various HR roles at Huawei Technologies, including Human Resource Senior Expert and Deputy of WEU Enterprise HRBP Dept., where responsibilities encompassed HR project management, team establishment, and competency improvement. Lin began their HR career at PARAMONT (HK) Ltd. Co. as a Human Resource Specialist.
