Mandy Lu currently serves as the HRBP in charge of the HR Team for the APAC Region at OPPO, where responsibilities include managing the HR agenda to align with organizational goals and support business success. Prior to this role, Mandy was a Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruitment strategies and overseeing the 360 recruitment cycle for Marketing and Sales positions across multiple regions, including China, Europe, India, and the Middle East Africa. Before joining OPPO, Mandy worked at Hays as a Consultant specializing in Information Technology recruitment in Shenzhen, partnering with candidates and clients to create successful matches in the industry. Mandy Lu holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Northwest University.
