Mascot Li is currently the head of the Process Transformation Department at OPPO, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Mascot served as the Head of the COO Office at SF Express from 2016 to 2019. Mascot's earlier experience includes roles at Huawei, where they worked on marketing process IT solutions from 2012 to 2016 and as a data communication solutions engineer from 2005 to 2008. Mascot earned dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as Computer Science, from Jilin University between 2000 and 2004.
