郭小聪Neo

Neo 郭小聪 is the former Head of the Overseas Mobile Manufacturing Center at OPPO, where they established production facilities in Indonesia and India and managed a global supply chain. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, focusing on cost management, lean transformation, automation development, and production process design. Neo holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from 华中科技大学, which they completed in 2008. They also gained technical support experience at Benq from 2008 to 2009.
