Ryan Dong

Ryan Dong is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer currently at OPPO, where they apply their expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Previously, Ryan worked as a Data Scientist at China Ping An Insurance from 2017 to 2020, focusing on the selection and development of exceptional agents through data-driven insights. Ryan also held roles as a Quantitative Researcher at ZQ Financial Services and completed an internship as a Deep Learning Research Fellow at Guangqi, where they worked on facial expression recognition models. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Chongqing University, a Master's degree with Distinction from The University of Sheffield, and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Exeter.
