Aaron S. has been working in the home service industry since 1998, when they began serving as CEO/President of Opportunity Interactive, Inc. During their tenure there, they have implemented technology evolutions for the industry, providing innovative sales, management, Human Resources and labor-saving technology solutions to customers in the US and Canada. In 2010, they became the President of Recruit4Business.

Aaron S. obtained a degree in Software Product Management from the University of Washington between 2004 and 2006. In 2012, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
