Beth Wiles

Beth Wiles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, customer experience, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Member Experience at Opportunity@Work since April 2025, Wiles previously held roles such as Customer First Measurement Coach at Stand Together Foundation and Director of Client Advisory at ExecOnline, Inc., where notable achievements include the rapid establishment of the Design Services function. Wiles also worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Steele Strategies, focusing on major strategy transformation projects, and spent time as Principal Executive Advisor at CEB, now Gartner, advising high-level HR executives on human capital challenges. A background in sales support and research within CEB enabled Wiles to build a strong foundation in client relations and strategic insights.
