David Marsh

David Marsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government and policy. They served as Chief of Staff at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from 2016 to 2017, after holding various roles including Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the Chief of Staff. Currently, David holds positions as Director for Economic Mobility at the White House Domestic Policy Council and Senior Fellow at Democracy Forward and Opportunity@Work. David's educational background includes a B.A. Magna Cum Laude in Political Science from Williams College, complemented by studies in Middle Eastern Politics and History at The American University in Cairo.
