Ronell Hugh serves as the Chief Marketing & Product Officer at Deseret Book Company since December 2023 and is a member of ForbesBLK, working to support Black entrepreneurs and leaders. As a Senior Advisor at Opportunity@Work, Ronell advises on diversity and equity initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President of Data Initiative Product Marketing & Strategy and Vice President of DigitalXM Product Marketing & Strategy at Qualtrics, where leadership focused on long-term data strategy and product marketing. Additional advisory positions include work with Banner Ventures, The Mentor Method, and Fairstream. Ronell is also involved with Hue, promoting career development for people of color in marketing, and was part of the planning committee for Utah's 40 Women Over 40. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Brigham Young University.
