Jim Hill

Jim Hill has had a long and varied career. Jim began their professional life as an officer in the USMC in 1978. In 1989, they became a member, board member, and president of ISPI. From 2002 to 2003, they were a director of e-sales at Sun Microsystems. Jim then became the CEO of Proofpoint Systems, a global provider of web-based organizational diagnostics, from 2003 to 2010. During that time, they were also a corporate member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group from 2010 to 2017. In 2006, they joined the NOVA Workforce Board as a board member. Finally, in 2017, they became the CEO of Organizational Performance Systems.

Jim Hill received their EdD from the University of Southern California in 2000, in the field of Human and Organizational Performance. Jim also obtained their BS from The Ohio State University in 1978.
