Kim Shaffer

Kim Shaffer is Vice President of Major Accounts. Kim joined Opsani in 2018 bringing with her 20+ years of experience in sales leadership, strategy, and start-up operations.

During her tenure at Opsani, Kim has been actively involved in building the sales infrastructure as well as designing and building the company’s direct sales team, scaling from being the only salesperson to a high-performing team delivering triple-digit revenue growth. She was instrumental in closing Opsani’s first enterprise-wide deals with a number of strategic and Fortune 500 companies that set the foundation for Opsani’s success today. She’s passionate about the customer experience and saving them millions of dollars in cloud spend. For that, she is commonly referred to as “2-Comma-Kim”. She is currently responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with customers that carry a high market influence.

Kim has served in various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and customer success within companies from start-ups to Global $1B organizations. She currently lives in Los Altos Hills with her husband and their 3 college-aged children.
