Dustin Burich

Dustin Burich began their career in 2010 as a Training Manager/Supervisor (Anti-Terrorism) in the US Navy, where they were responsible for the procurement, training, and qualification of shipboard and land-side Security Response Force personnel. Dustin was also responsible for maintaining 273 training records and three anti-drone computer-based weapon systems. Dustin was then promoted to Assistant Recruiter/Training Manager, where they were responsible for screening and sustainment of 225 qualified applicants. Dustin was also the Social Media Manager for the station. Dustin was then assigned as the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining over one-thousand different sensors, cameras, keypads, or other parts of ESS phenomenology between Lenel and Advantor Systems devices between both the Air Force and Naval Base. Dustin also spearheaded the installation of a $3.5M system collaboration and flight line camera system upgrade. Dustin was then reassigned as Duty Master at Arms, where they coordinated command's incident reporting, restricted personnel management, bailiff duties, evidence custody, LE investigations, and work center inspections. Dustin was then reassigned as a Naval Security Force Patrol Officer, where they were responsible for screening of base access personnel, writing police reports, evidence handling, crime scene preservation, loss-prevention and recovery efforts, issuance of criminal and traffic citations, emergency response, and active shooter response. In 2022, Dustin Burich joined Opsgility as a Customer Success Manager.

Dustin Burich attended Saint Leo University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the American Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED in November 2021, as well as Apprenticeships in Computer Operator and Police Officer (Government Service) from the U.S. Department of Labor.
