Shea Railey

Shea Railey is an experienced Operations Manager with a background in Company and People Operations. They have held multiple roles at OpsLab since 2023, currently managing core business operations, internal workflows, and employee experience. They also serve as the Marketing Chair for Austin Women in Technology and previously worked as a Community Specialist and Manager at Capital Factory. Shea earned their Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Mass Communications from Texas State University in 2020, and during their internship at Link Coworking, they contributed to the Women Who Start Shit initiative, supporting local women entrepreneurs.
