Meg Goodrich

Meg Goodrich, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Lead at OPSPro, LLC, where responsibilities include HR project leadership and consultancy focused on Affirmative Action, performance management, policy creation, compliance initiatives, and employee relations. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, Meg has held key positions in various organizations, including Associate Relations Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas, Director of Employment Practices at Ruby Tuesday, and Director of Human Resources at CIT. A Florida State University graduate, Meg holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to current endeavors, Meg undertook a travel sabbatical throughout the U.S. and Canada.
