OpSurg is a volunteer-driven organisation dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence in surgery by empowering students from state schools. Our mission revolves around increasing the number of opportunities for these students to pursue careers in surgery. 

We achieve this through a two-pronged approach: conducting workshops at schools and implementing mentorship programs for outstanding students. By focusing on these initiatives, OpSurg is committed to nurturing the next generation of surgical talent and breaking barriers to success.

In 2025/2026 we are on track to do talks at 25 seperate schools!
