Chris Brown is an accomplished general counsel with extensive experience in public company legal and strategic counseling. They currently serve as General Counsel for Opsys Technologies, leading the corporate legal function while being a member of the executive leadership team. Previously, Chris held senior positions including EVP & Chief Counsel at Finisar Corporation and General Counsel & VP of Corporate Development at Optium Corp., where they managed significant M&A transactions and legal compliance. Chris earned a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
