Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at OPT4 Group oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of video conferencing and telephone equipment installation projects. Led by Senior Estimators and Project Managers, the team ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also coordinating room design and layout initiatives for optimal customer satisfaction.
