Michael Moran is an experienced leader in customer engagement and service delivery with a strong background in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Head of Customer Engagement at Optalitix since 2025, Michael focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction through enhanced support processes. Previously, Michael held a position as Head of Service Delivery at Form3, overseeing a comprehensive range of service management functions, and as Director of Client Implementations and Managed Services at Fiserv, where leadership was provided for various banking and financial services across EMEA. Michael's career also includes significant roles at Monitise plc, where responsibilities spanned client delivery and senior leadership in program management, and contributions to the establishment of online bill payment services during tenure at OneVu and Clear Money Limited. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Auckland, along with a Diploma in Consumer Behaviour and language qualifications from Alliance Française in Paris.
