Bob Barrett

Bob Barrett has extensive experience in UCCE and network engineering, currently serving as a UCCE/Network Engineer at Optanix since August 2014, where responsibilities include monitoring and resolving network alerts and managing customer-driven TAC cases. Prior to Optanix, Bob held the role of Senior Voice Engineer at Corinthian Colleges from January 2011 to August 2014, overseeing daily operations for multiple call centers with around 2,000 agents and managing Cisco Unified Communications Manager systems. Bob's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as Director of Information Technology at Memorial Health System from January 1992 to May 2010. Bob holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
