Troy Day is an accomplished UC Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and technical support. Currently employed at ATSG since December 2021 and Optanix since March 2020, Troy has honed skills in unified communications. Prior experience includes a Technical Support Specialist role while seeking new challenges from April 2019 to March 2020, and a significant tenure at Verizon from March 2001 to March 2019, where Troy advanced through positions including Member of Technical Staff IV and Member Technical Staff III. Earlier in the career, Troy worked as a Technical Analyst at PrimeCo from February 1997 to March 2001. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from American InterContinental University, completed between 2004 and 2006.
