Darren Wilson

Darren Wilson has had a varied and successful career, starting with a shift manager role at McDonalds in 2007. Darren then went on to pursue a MEng Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics degree at the University of Glasgow, graduating in 2012. After graduation, Wilson joined OptaSense as part of their inaugural two year Graduate Scheme. During their time at OptaSense, Wilson has held four roles, including Field and Project Engineer, Business Development Engineer, Senior Field Engineer, and Technical Services Manager. In each role, Wilson has developed their skills in many areas such as High Value Selling, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Darren Wilson attended the Vale of Leven Academy from 2001 to 2007, and then went on to the University of Glasgow where they obtained a M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics from 2007 to 2012.
