Andy Duran

Andy Duran is an experienced professional in client services, currently serving as a Manager - Client Services and Client Experience Manager at Optavise since February 2020. Duran specializes in establishing relationships with group and broker contacts, focusing on client retention, satisfaction, and return on investment. Prior to Optavise, Duran held several roles at Alight Solutions from July 2015 to January 2020, including Client Manager and Client Specialist, where responsibilities included improving client satisfaction and managing escalations.
