Cesar Tupac

Cesar Tupac, MBA, currently serves as Client Manager at Optavise, providing benefit administration support on COBRA, DBP, ACA, and Annual Enrollment matters while managing client relationships for a SaaS-based benefits administration platform since June 2022. Previously, Cesar held the role of Customer Care Supervisor at INTERVENT, where responsibilities included designing onboarding programs and managing employee relations to foster a positive work environment from April 2016 to October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Patient Access Supervisor at Memorial Health University Medical Center, where utilization of Epic Systems EHR improved patient care, and as YMCA Youth Bilingual Group Coordinator, facilitating after-school programs. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in World Languages and Culture from Georgia Southern University.
